DBQ & NEXUS LETTERS
RFS Psychiatry is proud to offer Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and Nexus Letter services to support veterans and individuals navigating disability-related claims. These services are completed by a qualified clinician and are designed to provide thorough, objective clinical documentation that reflects an individual’s mental health history, current functioning, and medical rationale when applicable. Our goal is to support accurate, timely, and ethically sound evaluations while maintaining the highest standards of clinical integrity and compliance.
